This results in a fabric with consistent density, texture, and pattern. The denim is then dyed using multiple dips to build up layers of indigo and achieve a deeper blue hue. This process ensures superior quality and durability.

Our Director Vinh Le and Product Manager Hanh, showed guests the ins and outs of the Vince Clothing factory in East Brunswick and the technology we use to reduce waste and ensure quality control at Denimsmith 🪡🧵
