This crazy bunch of WAG 3’s had a fantastic first comp and good results for everyone including 1st on Bars and 3rd All Around.
We are super proud of them!

Congratulations to our ALP 5s first competition of the year! They did absolutely amazing, showing off their hard work, and cheering so loudly for each other !!

Our ALP 7s had a ripper start to their comp seasons. They showed off incredible routines and strong Eastern Spirit. They all took the right side of the podium finishing 3rd and 5th in team all around !!

Level 10 - Zoe got 2nd AA 🥈
Level 9 - Clare got 1st AA 🥇 and Hannah nailed her stunning new floor routine!

HEAT POLICY
Rest assured we have the cooling🪭 on already in the gym - as per our extreme weather policy, we will assess the temperature of the gym at 3pm and make a decision about training tonight.
We will message all our Monday gymnasts if we make any changes - otherwise training is on and we will manage the conditions!!

Congratulations to Coach Duncan on attaining his MAG Advanced Judging Qualification last weekend.
We are so proud of him!!

We take our equipment safety very seriously here at Eastern.
Today we have the guys from here doing a full equipment assessment and providing us with an extensive report to base our equipment updates and maintenance on.
BTW our sprung floor is just like new even after 6 years! 😍

How amazing is this sketch of Coach James and Edoardo from a competition last year?
Eduardo’s Grandfather is such a talented artist.

Congratulations to Coach James who has spent his holidays in Canberra completing his FIG 2 Coaching Course.
He was thrilled to learn from presenter Hiroaki Sata who is the current Japanese Men’s Team Coach.
We can’t wait to see all he has learnt!
