this is such a fantastic episode to listen to and reflect on regarding bleeding. I refuse to call it the H word because.. is it? and when you understand the physiology of pregnancy and birth you do have to be mindful of the language used to describe bleeding events and other events so you dont pathologize what may be normal physiology and importantly not instill fear into the mama particularly at the most crucial time when you want mama to be calm and still in her body process.
