A Morning In Stillness is a 2 hour Pranayama, Meditation and Restorative Yin Yoga morning created for you to connect with your Inner Stillness 🌳
Our purpose and intention is to go within and reconnect with our Inner Self. This space is created for you to heal, unwind, release worries and anxieties from your every day life, and come back to your natural state – balance and harmony.
This Saturday we will be targeting meridians (channels in our body responsible for moving our life force energy) running through the main organs like heart, liver, kidneys etc. We will be working on cleansing and balancing the emotional body. Just as we have physical scar tissue that needs to be healed, we also have emotional scar tissue that we can work on through the meridians.

A little about us...
Namaste!
My name is Margareet and I want to start off by saying “Don’t take life too seriously, otherwise life will take you seriously”. This is something my husband Daniel and I live by daily. Although relaxed, I am a very dedicated and highly motivated Yoga and Ayurveda practitioner. Yoga and Ayurveda have blessed my life since 2015 with both local and international exposure. Practising Yoga and Ayurveda have helped me grow stronger, kinder, wiser and more flexible on and off the mat.
I completed my 200 hour RYT Hatha Yoga training with Earth Sea Yoga in Koh Samui, Thailand and my 500 hour RYT advanced Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga training with Himalayan Yoga Association in Rishikesh, India. I have also attained nationally recognised diploma in Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultation at the Health Institute Australasia – an Ayurveda and Yoga School in Gold Coast, Australia. I will always be a student of the practice and am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers have shared with me.
We spend a lot of time on the beach – it is our special sanctuary. When Daniel goes for a surf I take my yoga practice to the beach. It is important for us humans to commune with nature. In my yoga classes I love to combine discipline, nature, kindness, creative sequencing and inspire you to deepen your own practice. My hope is that you step off the mat feeling grounded, nourished and balanced.
