So much Pain & Trauma is accumulated in this journey called life letting our body (Subconscious Mind) carrying it when there's no release.
I remember the struggle when I didn't have the tools to regulate my nervous system. I lived in a constant state of Fight or Flight like so many of us currently. Drive around Sydney and you'll know what I mean.
This resulted in al sorts of symptoms like Excema, Stress, Negative thoughts, Brain fog, Gut problems etc. impacting my life and relationships in a way you can't even imagine.
The doctor's couldn't help me because they would only focus on the symptoms (band aid) instead of looking to get to the ROOT CAUSE (Subconscious Mind). My "coping mechanism" were called alcohol, drugs, smoking etc. to numb the pain & s**tty feelings even more.
This all changed when I learnt about the power of our Subconscious Mind through NLP, Hypnosis & Transformational Breathwork!
You see, we are only Conscious between 5-1% of everything that we do day by day. It's impossible to consciously talk about your problems and expect the trauma to magically disappear.
So many of my clients have been working for many years through talk "therapy" before they are completely sick of their issues & want real results FAST!

Is this belief based on concrete evidence or is it a generalisation?
Have I challenged this belief before, or am I accepting it without questioning it?
What evidence do I have that contradicts this belief?
How does this belief limit me in my personal or professional life?
What would be possible if I let go of this belief?
Where did this belief originate from? Is it based on my own experiences or someone else's opinions?
Have I considered alternative perspectives or viewpoints on this belief?
How does holding onto this belief serve me? Does it provide any benefits or protect me in some way?
Am I willing to let go of this belief, even if it feels uncomfortable or uncertain?
What new beliefs can I choose to replace this limiting belief with?
How would my life be different if I fully embraced an empowering belief instead?
What steps can I take to challenge and reframe this limiting belief?
Are there any successful people or role models who have achieved what I desire, despite facing similar circumstances or challenges?
Can I find examples or evidence of others who have overcome this limiting belief?
How can I create a supportive environment, surround myself with positive influences, and take small actions to reinforce my new empowering beliefs?

You still don't manage your anger after talking with a councellor or psychologist?
Being a mother is a beautiful and rewarding experience, but it can also come with its fair share of challenges. One of these challenges is managing anger effectively.
More and more of my clients are mothers that seek the help of talk therapy to address their anger issues, but often they still struggle to gain control. Have you ever considered that incorrect breathing and your programming could be the missing piece?
Also, what could be the SUBCONSCIOUS ROOT CAUSE of your anger?
Breathing is not just a simple bodily function; it has a direct impact on our mental and emotional well-being. Correct and mindful breathing can be a powerful tool in managing anger and promoting overall calmness and balance. Here's why:
1️⃣ Awareness of Breath:
When we breathe shallowly or quickly, we deprive our bodies and minds of necessary oxygen. This kind of breath pattern can trigger a stress response, leading to heightened emotions and difficulty managing anger. By focusing on deep, slow breaths, mothers can cultivate awareness of their breath and break the cycle of reactionary anger.
2️⃣ Activating the Relaxation Response:
Deep breathing techniques, such as diaphragmatic breathing or belly breathing, activate the body's relaxation response. As mothers consciously breathe deeply, they send signals to their nervous systems to calm down, reducing the intensity of anger and enhancing their ability to respond calmly and rationally.
3️⃣ Emotional Regulation:
Proper breathing helps mothers regulate their emotions more effectively. Deep breaths can create a pause before reacting, allowing mothers to consciously choose their responses rather than being driven by impulsive anger. By fostering a habit of mindful breathing, mothers can develop better emotional control over time.
4️⃣ Self-Care and Well-being:
By practicing proper breathing techniques regularly, mothers provide themselves with a much-needed moment of self-care. Taking the time to focus on deep, intentional breaths allows them to recharge, reduce stress levels, and approach situations with a greater sense of calm and clarity.

Don't die with the music still in you!
Dr Wayne Dyer mentioned, in a seminar, about a man that lived his whole life according to other people's expectations. He realized at the end of his life that he was wrong and should have focused on what he knew he should be doing, rather than what others told him he should do. Dr Dyer goes on to say how impactful that was on his own life and how he promised himself not to die with the music still inside him.
About six years ago I decided to leave my comfortable life & everything and everyone in it behind, in a pursuit to "find" my music in Australia. I tried every job you can imagine, but never felt fullfilled, "living" from weekend to weekend, addicted to holidays.
There's something magical about hearing your own music playing as "work" doesn't feel like "work" anymore because you are truly and fully on purpose as it lights your heart and soul up.
I am so grateful for all the experiences, beautiful events, homesickness, amazing friendships, memories, love, heartbreak, loneliness, pain, setbacks, hardships, trials and tribulations on this journey as the music just sounds better.....
It's never too late to participate in your own rescue.

Hey everyone, have you ever experienced the psychological sigh? It's that feeling of relief you get when you let go of something that's been weighing on your mind.
The psychological sigh is a real phenomenon, and it can be incredibly powerful. When you finally release the tension you've been carrying, your body and mind can finally relax, and you may feel a sense of peace that you haven't experienced in a while.
If you're struggling with stress or anxiety, I encourage you to do the following breathing exercise and let go of whatever is weighing you down.
1️⃣ Sit or stand in a comfortable position with your back straight and your feet flat on the ground and close your eyes.
2️⃣ take two sharp inhales of breath, through the nose. In pauze in
3️⃣ Hold your breath for 2 seconds
4️⃣ Exhale slowly and completely through your mouth for to let all air out, making a gentle "whooshing" sound as you exhale.
5️⃣ Pause for 2 seconds before inhaling again and repeating the cycle.
Repeat this breathing pattern for a few minutes, or until you feel calmer and more relaxed.
It's important to focus on your breathing and not let your mind wander. You can also use this technique before going to bed to help you fall asleep faster.
