Using my hands to treat the back and neck is something I have spent my whole career perfecting.

Manual therapy is such an effective form of treatment when used correctly.

Elbow pain is common with people who play golf, tennis, box and lift weights.

Tradies and Office workers also commonly have elbow pain.

Getting both manual therapy and also exercise therapy typically is the best mix of treatment.

I am so excited to share that in the new year I will begin consulting under my new business, City of Sydney Physiotherapy.

The clinic is located at Sydney Specialist Physiotherapy Centre, Level 1, 50 York St, Sydney. I am so grateful for the opportunity to be working in such an inspiring space.

For those who know me you would know the bounceAID project represents what I am most passionate about. Taking care of our people when they need us most is what makes us human. I will be going back to Zimbabwe this December. In order to continue to aid the children and elderly of Glen Lorne we will be having a Christmas Party Fundraiser on 19th of November, 4pm.
