What does the new normal look like for workers? A recent study has shown that workers want flexibility moving forward but their safety while working will still be the responsibility of their employers.

Home offices will no longer be considered temporary in 2022 and will need to meet the same safety and ergonomic standards of a permanent office.

Virtual ergonomic assessments provide the support and advice to create safe, comfortable, and efficient home offices for your workers.

These days, hiring top-quality employees is only half the battle. The other half is knowing how to keep them.

Employee turnover is a constant struggle for companies, as pinpointing the specific reasons that precipitate an employee’s departure is often difficult. While turnover is one of the most important HR metrics to measure, diving deeper into knowing how to reverse the turnover tide is just as important.

So what can you do to prevent employee turnover?

1. Hire the right people from the start
2. Ensure effective onboarding practices
3. Invest in employee recognition
4. Reassess your employee benefits package
