Short spine massage...one of my favourite exercises with the following benefits;

- Increase flexibility in the hamstrings and lower back.
- Develop whole body coordination.
- Improve strength and control in the abdominals.
- Develop spinal articulation.
- Strengthen the gluteal and hamstring muscles.
- Improve spinal alignment by cultivating balance in the back muscles.

NextGen Wellness offers Private & semi-private Pilates sessions and small group Bootcamp training sessions in Pemulwuy.

Running Wild Glenbrook 34km trail running event was just amazing! So much more fun running with my partner in crazy kms Fleur!

UTA 100km.....here we come!

I love setting a goal every year...a challenge to work towards, and a training plan to follow. It give me focus, drive and motivation.

And I get to meet lots of amazing people along the way who help me reach my goals!

Feet in straps is a great way to progress lumbopelvic stability training. Core control is challenged as the legs move away from the midline, requiring additional abdominal activation.

Feet in straps exercises....

♡ Help to develop control and precision of leg movements.
♡ Creates stability in your pelvis whilst limbs are moving.
♡ Strengthens the abdominals and lower back muscles to stabilise the pelvis whilst the legs move.
♡ Strengthens the inner thighs.

Lyn has progressed to single leg work now, coming along in leaps and bounds. Lyn you are so inspiring! 💗

From wide fire trails, to single forest trails, Mount portal lookout & the Red Hand Caves...cannot recommend this place enough for bush walks & runs!

The Arabesque, improves higher-level balance, strengthens the gluteals, hip stabilisers, quads, hamstrings and lower back core muscles. It teaches the body how to move under load but protect against poor position and abnormal strain.

Pilates is an excellent way to help ease discomfort in the hip which can be caused by issues involving muscles, ligaments or tendons surrounding the joint, the joint itself, or even referred from the lower back.

If you suffer from hip pain, Pilates is an excellent way to remedy discomfort. While it may be tempting to keep the area immobile, in fact, a Pilates practice can decrease pain significantly.

My amazing client has been working on hip strength, mobility and stability. She now feels confident enough to perform standing side splits unassisted! Working hard to hold off on hip replacement. Go Lynnie!

In a world full of negativity, fear and confusion I teach my children to focus on gratitude when we go to bed at night.

We have so many blessings in our life, to focus on these and show gratitude lends to a much happier more peaceful way of being.

As I put my kids to bed tonight I'm so grateful to have this sacred time with them.
