🤩 We’re so incredibly thrilled for UNSWADA alum Laura Jones who has won the 2024 Archibald Prize today!

Laura was awarded the $100,000 prize for her portrait of acclaimed author and conservationist Tim Winton. A four-time finalist, she said upon accepting the coveted prize: “This is a life-changing moment for me. Tim is one of the world’s greatest novelists and also a tireless advocate for the environment. He is an inspiration to me as both an artist and as a human being.”

Congratulations Laura! We can’t wait to check out the portrait on display at the Archibald, Wynne and Sulman prizes exhibition opening tomorrow at the Art Gallery of New South Wales.
