This lovely patient of ours initially presented with a right forehead laceration and fracture following a fall. The function of her frontalis muscle was affected and has caused the descending of her right upper eyelid and eyebrow (blepharoptosis). An upper blepharoplasty and eyebrow lift surgery was performed to correct the blepharoptosis. The postoperative result shown above is 2 years after the reconstructive procedure.
