Wishing all our athletes competing at the region 4 championships over the weekend the best of luck.

A reminder that we will not be running our normal Friday night competition due tot he regional championships this weekend in Wollongong.

Some information for those attending

- we will have a marquee set up next to the grandstand under the tree

- parents are reminded that they need to complete their duty and information in this was emailed last week.

- team mangers for the weekend are Simone and Kevin, parents if you have any concerns or question you need to see them and not approach any officials directly.

- we all must advise by the code of conduct

A reminder that due to the Region 4 Championships this weekend there will be not Regular Friday Night Athletics on the 9th February 2024.

We return on the 16th February 2024 for round 2 of our Centre Championships.

Council have opened the ground and we will be able to train this afternoon at 4pm.

We will offer all training since yesterday was washed out.

Today’s session will be dependent on the weather. A post will be made at about 3pm if training is on or not.

Unfortunately due to work commitments Kevin is not able to train this afternoon.

We will be back next week Tuesday and Wednesday

Regional Championships information

Over the weekend an email was sent out to all families of athletes attending the regional championships on the 10th and 11th February 2024 at Wollongong.

This email contained a link to our parent helper sign up, if you didnt receive this email please contact us at [email protected] and we will forward you the link again.

It has just started to rain and looking at the radar it’s expected to get worse.

A decision has been made to cancel training today.

The 2024 Region 4 Championships are being held in Wollongong on the 10th and 11th February 2024.

This is a timed program and athletes should be at the field at least 30min prior to the scheduled times.

Parents will be asked to complete rostered duties throughout the weekend, this will be posted throughout the week along with an email being sent to all athletes that qualified.
