Our CPA Interact Club in action
Our Club supports many Hunger and Homelessness initiatives. One that is very dear to our hearts are our School Breakfast Programs. Our CPA Rotary Interact Club presents a cheque to CP Allen Breakfast Program on behalf of Rotary Club of Sackville and Area for their Breakfast Program. CPA Rotary Interact Club Sackville Business Association
Some of the members of the Interact Club of CPAllen high school presented the big cheque today to Leslie Tinkham of the IWK Foundation. These funds were raised at our Believe in Hope Coffee House Fundraiser in April for Adolescent Mental Health in memory of Alexis Fletcher, a former student of CP Allen. Our interact club co-presidents Neela Virick and Madison Binder are holding the cheque. Bev Miller, Alexis' mom, was present to represent Believe in Hope and then there’s me, Patricia De Freitas, Interact Club Advisor representing the Rotary Club of Sackville and Area.
Our cheque presentation was delayed due to exams and the recent wildfires. Some of our members were missing today for the photo op, but we would like to acknowledge that their contribution to this great event was significant as it is always a big team effort!
Lisa Richard is on stage right now!
