This interactive session, led by two experienced Secretary-Treasurers – Christine Vigneault, City of Vaughan, and Trista Di Lullo, City of Guelph - will focus on the administration of Committees, including standard practices, updates required due to legislative changes, online initiatives and process enhancements. Eric Davis, Partner at SV Law will be addressing these questions at the conference this June! Eric’s workshop session will provide an overview of the relevant statutory provisions, along with a review of the powers of the Committee of Adjustment in relation to legal non-conforming uses.
