We are thrilled to announce that starting July 1st, 2024, the RV Tow-Away Industry in Ontario will be exempt from the provincial Electronic Logging Device (ELD) requirements!

A special thank you to Ontario Transportation Minister Sarkaria and Director Jennifer Elliott along with their dedicated teams for their unwavering support and understanding of our industry’s unique needs.

This exemption is a huge win for the RV community, particularly as we navigate through our peak selling season. Representatives from the Canadian RV Association and the RVDA of Canada are attending RVIA's RVs Move America Week June 2nd- 5th in Washington, DC.

This Annual event is key for the RV Industry Association’s Advocacy Efforts but also schedules several Committee Meetings including a meeting with the CRVA and RVDA of Canada.

The Canadian Coalition Committee provides a valuable opportunity to discuss key issues impacting RV businesses and consumers on both sides of the border.

Our participation underscores our commitment to advancing the RV lifestyle and ensuring a vibrant future for the RV industry in North America.

Canadian RV and Camping Week is an annual celebration dedicated to highlighting the importance of the RV and Camping Industry in Canada. It serves as a platform to encourage Canadians to explore the great outdoors, create lasting memories, and appreciate the natural beauty of Canada's landscapes.

It is with deep sadness that we hear of the passing of Philipp Ens, one of the co-founders of Triple E Canada Ltd. and a cherished member of the Canadian RV Association.

Together with his father-in-law P.W. Enns and brother-in-law Peter Elias, Phil co-founded Triple E Canada in 1965. His vision and leadership helped the company grow into a respected manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles and transportation equipment. Phil's tenure as president and CEO, followed by his role as chairman, was marked by his belief in the power of teamwork and his dedication to mentoring the next generation of leaders.

The Canadian RV Association extends its deepest condolences to Phil's family, friends and all of the employees at Triple E . His contribution to the Canadian RV Industry and his community will never be forgotten by those who knew him.

We would like to wish all Moms, those still with us and those who we have lost a very Happy Mother's Day. You are forever in our hearts and in our thoughts.

The Canadian RV and Camping Industry contributes over $16.2 billion to the economy, employs 141,000 individuals, and has seen its popularity boom amongst consumers since the COVID-19 pandemic.

Campgrounds will offer their own way to celebrate the start of another camping season during Canadian RV and Camping Week which, depending on the region, may include special events, discounted overnight fees, and/or specific activities to commemorate the occasion.

CRVA's President Shane Devenish had the pleasure of meeting with CPC Candidate Emily Brown for Burlington, as she went door-to-door canvassing in his neighborhood this week.

The Canadian RV and Camping Industry contributes over $16B to our economy, employs over 141,000, and is a vital contributor to our domestic and international tourism sector.

We truly appreciate Ms. Brown's time that she afforded us to discuss the importance of our Industry and we wish her well in the future.

We were thankful for the chance to join our partners at Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association of Canada and Canadian Camping and RV Association for our annual in Ottawa last week.

The special day was helped by RV Canada Ottawa who graciously lent us a couple of RVs to make our camping display come alive which attracted several Government Officials to drop by and learn all about the RV and Camping Lifestyle! (We are always needing s'more support!)
