📢 Kelowna Fitness Facility Fall semester hours are expanding❗ 🍁🍂
Effective Monday, September 23 through Friday, December 6, regular hours of operation will be Monday to Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
The Facility will be closed on weekends and all Stat Holidays.

Today❗ Want to learn all about the supports and services the College offers❓ Stop by the Courtyard on Tuesday, September 17, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Join us for a lunch wrap and tons of useful resources.

Our first Outdoor Adventure was so much fun! According to one participant, she "really enjoyed it and learned a lot." Special thanks to Hoodoo Adventure Company for the guided tour and our student staff, Ty and Allison.

Myra Canyon Adventure Park offers climbing in ropes and challenge course lines, slack-lining, and mind ventures at one of the most scenic spots in the valley. You will be challenged to explore, climb, swing, dangle, balance, hike, and solve physical challenges on a variety of climbing elements between trees. Please bring a bag lunch and water bottle. Long pants, sturdy shoes, and gloves are recommended.
Cost: $25 (includes transportation)

Join us on Saturday, October 5 for a guided hike to Paul’s Tomb at beautiful
Knox Mountain Park and be rewarded with some of the city’s best views.
Note: The hike is moderately challenging and sturdy shoes are recommended.
A picnic lunch will be provided. Please bring a backpack and water bottle. Meet at the bottom parking lot of Knox Mountain
