มีคนไข้หลายคนคิดว่า "กรดไหลย้อนทำให้เกิดอาการแพนิค" เพราะสังเกตอาการของตัวเองเจอว่าเป็นแบบนั้น และใน Internet ก็มีหลายเจ้าเขียนแบบนั้น ขอบอกเลยว่าใครที่คิดแบบนี้อยู่ แนะนำให้เปลี่ยนความคิดใหม่ เพราะมันไม่มีทางเป็นไปได้

*** คุณกำลังเข้าใจอาการกรดไหลย้อน และแพนิคผิดไปจากความเป็นจริง

อาการ "แพนิค" คือ โรคหนึ่งในอาการกลุ่มโรควิตกกังวล ซึ่งโรคกลุ่มนี้มีหลายโรค ยกตัวอย่างบางโรค เช่น

- Phobia
- Agoraphobia
- Generalized Anxiety Disorder
- Panic
- และอื่น ๆ อีกหลายโรค

*** อาการแสดงของโรค "แพนิค" มีเป็นสิบอาการ และคนไข้แต่ละคนไม่จำเป็นต้องมีอาการเหมือนกันหมดทุกคน เช่น

- มีอาการใจสั่น
- มีอาการวิตกกังวล แบบไม่มีสาเหตุ
- มีอาการจุกคอ จุกลิ้นปี่
- มีอาการกลืนลำบาก
- มีอาการกรดไหลย้อน

อาการกรดไหลย้อนเกิดขึ้นได้จากหลายสาเหตุ ถ้าคุณไม่ได้กินแล้วนอนเลย หรือกินแล้วไปวิ่งออกกำลังกาย หรือเป็นแผลในกระเพาะอาหารหรือลำไส้ขึ้นรุนแรง กรดไหลย้อนจะไม่มีทางเกิดขึ้นได้

*** เว้นแต่คุณกำลังเป็นโรคกลุ่มวิตกกังวลอยู่แล้ว และบอกเลย คนที่เป็นโรคกลุ่มนี้ บางคนไม่รู้ตัวเองว่าเป็น บางคนไม่ยอมรับตัวเองว่าเป็น บางคนเข้าใจผิดคิดว่าตัวเองเป็นโรคอื่น

และถ้าถามว่า "แพนิค" เกิดจากอะไร ก็ต้องตอบว่า "แพนิค" เกิดจากพฤติกรรมที่ได้รับแรงกดดันจากชีวิตประจำวัน ซึ่งตัวคุณเองเมื่อได้รับแรงกดดันนั้น คุณยอมรับมันไม่ได้ จัดการมันไม่ได้ ปล่อยวางมันไม่ได้ *** (เป็นระยะเวลานานมาก) *** ย้ำว่านานมาก

*** ผลที่เกิดขึ้นคือ มันจะกระทบต่อการทำงานของระบบประสาท เมื่อระบบประสาทได้รับผลกระทบ ก็จะเกิดอาการแบบที่เขียนเอาไว้ข้างบน รวมถึงทำให้เกิดกรดไหลย้อนด้วย

Strong public health measures in effect
As of today, Dec. 8/2020, the province of Alberta has announced business and service restrictions to slow the spread of COVID-19. Some businesses will be required to close, including JJ Thai Massage Therapy. Effective Dec. 13.
This mandatory restriction will be in place at least until January 12, 2021.

For those who have booked their appointments from Dec. 13 onwards, we will be contacting you to cancel your appointments.

We will keep everyone posted with the updates from health officials.
