Julia is a Registered Dietitian, licensed by the Canadian Board: The College of Dietitians of Ontario. She completed her Master of Science in Human Nutrition from McGill University, where she had the opportunity to practice nutrition in various clinical settings including bariatrics, weight management, diabetes, renal nutrition, cardiovascular nutrition, cancer, surgery, and pregnancy/lactation. She has acquired great nutritional diagnostic skills and capacity to craft medically mandated diet regiments tailored to individual patient needs and preferences.

Julia is a strong believer in an individualized approach to a healthy lifestyle. She says there is no "one size fits all" diet. Every human body operates uniquely, which is really what makes our bodies magical. Hence, she believes understanding the true essence of the client's body in context of his/her specific environment is essential to an outstanding quality care. She emphasizes on the significance of self-love and of building a healthy relationship with food. As a dietitian, Julia strives to highlight the importance of self-efficacy, and that healthy eating should be seen as a lifelong habit and not a quick fix.

We are pleased to have Saeeda join the Natura team as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)!

Saeeda will add a broad skill set to our clinic through her special interest in therapeutic treatments and deep relaxation techniques. She uses trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation and active release techniques to treat problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and nerves. In order to deal with common problems such as stress and fatigue, she also performs craniosacral therapy and hot stone massage.
