😎The Summer FUN continues with our Trailblazers Youth Program!

The youth we support had the opportunity to participate in a team-building activity at WildPlay Element Parks in Niagara Falls this past month which was centred around the Nguzo Saba principle of Umoja (Unity).

Thank you to all of our staff members who helped make this event a great one for those we support - complete with feats and challenges that helped kids tap into their strengths and empower them to be the best versions of themselves!

Peel Children’s Aid Foundation is proud to announce a $900,000 gift from Northpine Foundation to support CWICE, a program of Peel Children's Aid Society. This gift will fund the expansion of crucial support to refugee families in six provinces across the country.

Peel CAF celebrated alongside Haleon HealthPartner (HCP) and GlobalMedic at the official launch of the Haleon Health Inclusivity Trailer this week, where we learned more about the amazing work being led by GlobalMedic. Recognized by the Ontario government through the Children and Youth in Care Day Act, 2014, this day celebrates the valuable contributions of kids in care to communities across Ontario. It is also a time to acknowledge the strength and resilience shown by these young people in the face of adversity.

Kids in care are children and youth who don’t live with their immediate families because of challenges or concerns at home. They may live with extended family, friends, or in a foster or group home.
