๐ May 14 is Children and Youth in Care Day! ๐
Recognized by the Ontario government through the Children and Youth in Care Day Act, 2014, this day celebrates the valuable contributions of kids in care to communities across Ontario. It is also a time to acknowledge the strength and resilience shown by these young people in the face of adversity.
Kids in care are children and youth who donโt live with their immediate families because of challenges or concerns at home. They may live with extended family, friends, or in a foster or group home.

About Us
Peel Childrenโs Aid Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of abused, neglected and at-risk children and youth in Mississauga, Brampton and Caledon who are involved with Peel Childrenโs Aid Society.
Peel Childrenโs Aid Society (the Agency) provides services and support to disadvantaged children and families throughout Peel Region. While core protection services provided by the Agency are funded by the Ontario Ministry of Children and Youth, the Foundation was established in 2003 to raise funds to support innovative and urgently-needed programs and services that are not government-funded.
We are a registered charity raising funds for vital programs offering support, education and hope to children and youth. Our programs help vulnerable children and youth share some of the joys that every childhood should experience.
