Based in Ottawa, Canada, with a satellite office in the USA, our mission is to enhance the well-being of refugee, immigrant, and vulnerable communities by focusing on five essential elements: Career, Social, Financial, Physical and Mental Well-Being, and Community Well-Being.

Here’s how investors buy rental properties without income “on paper” 🤯🏡 A debt service coverage ratio loan (DSCR) allows you to use the projected rental income to qualify as income for the mortgage without you having to show any of your personal income to qualify for the loan. In most cases as long as the rental income is equal to or more than the total monthly housing expense including the mortgage payment you’re income qualified. There are minimum credit score requirements and the majority of DSCR loans do require some level of homeownership experience. I wish I knew this strategy in my early 20s: 1. Secure a salaried job with a guaranteed income 2. Build your credit by using a credit card and paying on time 3. Buy your first property with a low down payment loan, and rent out the other rooms or units to begin saving for the next one. Repeat this process every 12-24 months with a goal of acquiring at least 5 rental properties by the time you are 30.
