We are looking for a cheerful, positive, detail-oriented person to join our family owned and run health clinic in Centretown Ottawa as a part-time admin/receptionist.
Occupying a beautiful heritage house, we have a diverse team of healthcare providers working with our clinic alongside a number of private tenants.

Hours: 15hrs or so per week, plus vacation cover. Regular hours will be Fridays and 2 half days (either Mon / Weds / Thurs)
Pay: $18 per hour
2 weeks vacation plus 3 days paid sick
Parking on-site if needed

Experience in the customer service industry and French an asset
Must be comfortable with Excel/word.

Duties:
Respond to phone and email inquiries from clients
Booking appointments and taking payment
Submitting direct billing to insurance
Assisting with laundry - wash / dry / fold
Assist with daily cleanliness around the building
Assist with inventory and ordering
