Represented by the colour black, the emotional quadrant of the Medicine Wheel reminds us that living a balanced life means tapping into our feelings, sharing them with others and supporting those around us. When we are able to access our emotions, it improves our mental wellbeing and allows us to better connect with the world around us.
For Mental Wellness Month we are sharing activities that will help you heal and maintain the four quadrants of wellness, stay tuned for more teachings!
Please see updated calendar with the regular schedule. ๐ Thursday will be back to normal next week.

In partnership with Indigenous Primary Health Care Council, weโre pleased to announce the release of a fact sheet for First Nations, Inuit and Mรฉtis communities in Ontario to learn more about measles, vaccination and actions to take if exposed to measles. This fact sheet was created in response to the need for factual and timely information, given the rise in cases of measles in Ontario and the extremely contagious nature of this respiratory virus.
