Let’s discuss an amazing throwback transformation! A big shoutout to my former client Michelle for giving her best efforts to achieve her goals. I Transformed my life in 90 days! I shed 20lbs by embracing consistency and a structured program. For the entire summer, the PBF Trainers will be working with the kids in the community to teach them how to implement fitness into their lives in a way that is fun and easy, learning a new sport each and every week.

Nutrition Tips: Importance of Water 💦 Protein 🥩

Water regulates your body temperature and lubricates your joints. It helps transport nutrients to give you energy and keep you healthy. If you're not hydrated, your body can't perform at its highest level. You may feel tired, have muscle cramps, dizziness, or other serious symptoms.

Proteins are critical components of all tissues in the human body and have crucial roles in metabolism, immunity, fluid balance, and energy. The building blocks of protein are called amino acids, which are divided into two groups: essential and non-essential. Essential amino acids are ones the body cannot produce.

Bounding is one of the best drills to develop single leg explosiveness for linear acceleration and single leg jumping. However, without the appropriate level of stiffness and stability, form is easily compromised. Start will small hops and progress to tuck jumps with more power for each jump. Perform for time and stop each set until you are unable to be explosive.
