Post-Event Highlights: Are You Going the EXTRA Mile?
Yesterday, we had an incredible session with Ritika Saraswat Acsenda School of Management! Ritika shared some invaluable insights with our international students about adapting to the ever-changing market expectations. 🌍📈
Here are some key takeaways:
🤝Adapting to Change: Two years ago, a strong resume and cover letter were the key to landing a job. Today, they’re just the basics. It’s networking and personal branding that make you stand out.
💡Looking Ahead: In another two years, even networking and branding might become the minimum requirement.
🌐 Dynamic World: We live in a constantly evolving world where trends, market needs, and company practices are always changing.
🏆 Competitiveness: With more people and limited opportunities, it’s not just about being smart or experienced.
🎯 The Differentiator: Few people have an effective network or a strong personal brand. Your brand will stay relevant and necessary, not just today but tomorrow, for any opportunity you seek.
Ritika challenged us to think: Are we just one of many, or one of a few? Your choice will dictate the opportunities and experiences you get. 🌟
Walk the extra mile today while it’s still considered extra. Start creating your BRAND and build an effective NETWORK today!
At Acsenda, we’re dedicated to connecting people and professions, helping you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. Thank you, Ritika, for an inspiring session! 🙌
