We are excited to announce two NEW classes have started at the clinic.

• Hatha Yoga at 6pm on Wednesdays with Sally Hughes.
• Pilates at 10am on Wednesdays with Clare Roberts.

Both classes have a maximum of 8 people, so plenty of instructor input for each participant and are run in our personalised studio at the clinic.

Classes are £7 for the hour and can be booked online at our website [email protected] Early booking recommended to avoid missing out. No block compulsary booking, so you can book a week and miss a week if you are not available.

If you have any questions or would like advice about your suitability to take part, then please call the clinic on 01827 736710.

We are pleased to say that due to the government’s recent announcements to relax some of the ‘Lockdown” rules and advice from our professional governing bodies, that we are now able to open and start seeing patients. However, there will be some changes in how we normally operate.

We are following strict hygiene standards within the clinic and we will be following our governing bodies and AATC COVID 19 policy for wearing PPE in order to provide a safe working environment for both patients and practitioners. This does take extra time, so please be patient.

We will need to carry out an over the phone risk assessment prior to any face to face consultation. If a consultation is considered appropriate and there are no serious risks, patients will be expected to sanitise and wear a mask for face to face consultation’s.

If you have been struggling with a problem that is causing you pain and restricted movement, or affecting your ability to function at work or keep active, then please give us a call to see if see can help.

Unfortunately, due to the government announcements and guidance from our governing bodies in relation to restricted movement and avoiding the risk of contact, we are still unable to see patients unless it is an absolute emergency or an urgent problem which is seriously affecting your ability to function.

We will remain contactable, so please feel free to call and if we don’t answer then please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We are happy to provide advice over the phone and we can arrange a video call if it is considered necessary. Please telephone 01827 736710​.

As the situation continues to develop and change, we will update you, but our guidance will always be in line with that advised by Public Health England, the government and our own governing bodies.

We hope to be open soon as the restrictions become more relaxed and we will be adhering to the government guidelines for hygiene procedures and managing the risk of COVID-19.
