Life & Death , the Yin & Yang & the continual Release or death & Renewal of Life - just like the natural world we live in.
Having experienced 3 deaths in 3 days back in January, I was in shock & felt totally disconnected to myself & life. It’s taken me 3 months to surrender & process the feelings of numbness, & dissociation from my body & emotions. The sorrow, sadness & grief. The anger, resentment & hate, having no boundaries & allowing others to use me. I had to feel the darkness within to heal. Through really acknowledging my feelings & trauma, releasing them & learning the lessons I needed to grow from, bringing back the missing puzzle pieces & receiving the gifts of wisdom ~ I now feel happy, strong, complete, whole, balanced & free & much more compassionate & loving to others. By uncovering the shadow aspects of ourselves & looking at the pain of addiction & abuse - physical, mental, emotional & sexual. I have gained so much understanding & healed various health issues.
I now fully trust & have faith in the Divine Source Energy.
Over the last 33 years I have been on my healing journey & since moving back to UK from France after a traumatic experience 24 years ago, I have been healing through Reiki, Journey Therapy, Theta Healing, Silent Counselling, Medical Intuitive Technique & now the advanced MIT. I can truly say Iv slowly peeled & released all those layers of Fear & haved moved to Love. Through our trauma, illness & pain there is love, light & joy ~ our True Nature. We also gain strength & resilience & perfect vibrant health energy & vitality. There is a reason our bodies shut down or get sick & we ignor our feelings - Our body try’s to protect us at the time of pain & trauma. We can’t deal with emotions at the time so we put up an imaginary wall around us, so that we can’t get hurt again. When we are ready to embrace the anxiety, depression or illness we receive many blessings & insight. I have healed my underactive Thyroid Gland & a Prolapse & other aches pains & niggly illness.
