Good morning everyone and happy weekend.
Starting the day with an other shoutout. This time for Kelmi Kreft who is adding one of her gorgeous handmade Christmas trees to my hamper giveaway.
Go and have a look over at her page and all the wonderful decorations she makes. Lots of Christmas inspiration there but also non Christmas related items that would make wonderful gifts.

How do you like to spend your Friday evenings?
I have just seen that this amazing lady has also got a hamper to win with prices from some amazing small businesses.
I promise I wasn't copying, I have only just seen it. π€£
The more small businesses can get their name out there and get extra orders in the better right?
So join in, win a fab hamper and support some amazing businesses.
Thank you for painting the girls faces.
All day today fundraising for children in need. π
I have realised again how much people underestimate the consequences of being under constant stress.
They will try and find other causes for poor health such as vitamin deficiencies or short nights.
1) Stress will make your immune system break down
2) Stress will cause you to not get enough REM sleep which in return causes all sorts of other health issues
3) Too much stress can lead to high blood pressure, strokes and cardiovascular disease
These are just to name a few.
If you struggle with stress, message me today to work on this inside as well as outside of hypnosis. For your physical and mental health! Prevent burnouts, anxiety and depression now!

Good morning everyone and happy Friday, yay. π
Today's shoutout goes to Klara and her lovely teas.
Her newest addition is hot chocolate which is made with real chocolate. π
We have had the chai last night and it was amazing. I will definitely be getting more.
Head over to her page and you will find some amazing gift ideas as well and also some amazing recipes for cooking and baking that involve tea.
The winner of the hamper is in for a treat as it will also contain 2 different teas. π
I am so excited about all the prices coming in for the hamper.

My husband took this photo of me.
We are so built up where we live and I am craving the country side and village life.
You can't really see it here but this little road leads down right to the open fields and it's such a lovely view.
This is in one of the local villages outside my daughters pre school. π₯°
I have got a lot of enquiries at the moment for people who would like to give up the habit of having a drink too often.
Obviously the festive season can make this even harder.
Alcohol is so bad for our mind and body and it's definitely worth considering to cut down on your drinking.
If you would like some extra help, a recording is perfect for this and only Β£35, personalised to you and your circumstances.
I create a recording especially for every single one of my clients.
Message me today to find out more.

Some lovely businesses have already contacted me to donate prices towards the hamper and I am so pleased. This is going to be amazing.

Isn't he gorgeous?
Thank you so much for your contribution. π₯°
Please go and pay her a visit if you haven't already. She does some really lovely items that would make great Christmas gifts.

Here I am knitting everyone scarves and here is my neighbour crocheting amazing toys for the children. π
Win a Christmas hamper filled with little gifts from small, independent businesses!!
Competition ends Sunday, 23rd of November, UK postage included.
I have been thinking long and hard how I can support more of all the lovely, independent businesses out there.
I have decided to do a giveaway. I don't require you to tag anyone nor share the post (though obviously feel free to do so), I don't want to gain anything from it, just simply support businesses.
1) Love this post
2) Tell me your favourite Christmas tradition
3) You are in!
If you run a small business and would like to include a little gift as a raffle price then please message me. If you donate the price, I will make sure to give you a shoutout on my page and add your business details to the hamper.
Even if it is a gift voucher etc. The more support I get, the more I can include in the hamper. πππ
I myself will purchase some gifts and add a voucher for a personalised recording.

Good morning everyone.
I hope you all have a fantastic day.
Not sure what our plans are today but as usual... something will come up. π
Treating myself to these tonight.
My sister got them for her birthday but she doesn't eat chocolate so gave them to me.
Did you know that chocolate releases endorphins? So small amounts of chocolate can actually be beneficial to your mental health.
Thanks sis, my favourites. ππ
Good morning everyone.
Have a wonderful Tuesday.
What are you all up to today?
Good morning and happy Monday everyone.
I saw this yesterday while out for our trip and it made me thinks. Recently (within the last couple of years), 2 adults we know have been diagnosed with diabetes type 1.
I always thought that type 1 is diagnosed early in life and then type 2 later in life, mostly caused by poor diet or age.
Is there now an increase in adults being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes? And if so why? Is this an other thing caused by modern diet? Even though type 1 can't really be regulated with diet.
I am always really interested how what we eat effects our body so this made me curious.
Coffee break. π₯°
