7.15 pm - for those of you who like a later class
Both classes are suitable for different levels of yoga experience and are designed to help you move and feel better.
Bookings are open for the Autumn Term (Term One). You can book a full-term pass which will give you a space each week and save you money. Drop-in

Incorporating resistance bands in our yoga practice is a great way to spice things up.
Resistance bands are great if
😄you hate or are bored of weights and would love to try out another way to build strength and balance in the body
😄you are a 'home exerciser' and looking for some effective ways to keep fit without it costing much or taking up too much time.

😀All levels of yoga experience are very welcome. I believe yoga is for everyone and I am very experienced in adjusting the class to suit the participants. My workshops have limited spaces so that you get a more bespoke experience whether you have practised yoga before or not.

🤔We all get them - a poor night's sleep. We are then left feeling tired and irritable in the morning and then for some of us annoying get a second wind when we should be tired enough to go to sleep.
🤔Does any of the above ring true for you?
🤔It certainly was for me for a good while until I dived into the magic of yoga for getting a better night's sleep.
🙏Don't get me wrong - yoga is not a magic wand (although I have lost count of the number of times students have messaged me the following day after a yoga class, saying that they had a better night's sleep that night), but it provides a range of tools from breathing, visualisation and meditation, relaxation and appropriate movement that will help you develop a better relationship with sleep.
😀If this has got you a little bit curious, I am running a workshop this Saturday where I will dive into how yoga can support better sleep. I will give you the tools that work for me.
