FINAL reminder that formal ticket money is due today - if you haven’t paid a deposit and are wanting to come, a full £50 payment will be accepted but must be in by the end of today!!

We won’t be accepting anymore payments / there will be no more tickets available after today so get them in folks 🥳

Also anyone who no longer wishes to attend let your class rep know ASAP and be aware that deposits are non-refundable!

HELLO HELLO!!
So as the date draws closer + there’s a bit of chat floating around we thought we’d make this lil page to post any updates / allow for any questions that anyone has!

Sooo…here’s a few wee updates (prepare for long read) -

MENU & SEATING ARRANGEMENTS

Dinner -
Roasted red pepper soup, turkey & ham and sticky toffee pudding.
For those with other diet requirements it’s a set menu of - roasted red pepper soup, sweet potato and coconut curry and a biscoff sundae to finish.

As for seating arrangements we have decided that since there are adult, children and learning disability students attending we would arrange the seating plan by class and alphabetical order. This is to ensure that people are allocated places with people they know. Once the meal and awards have finished you are welcome to sit where you would like although we hope you’ll be enjoying the dj🤣

AWARDS
We have also come up with awards for the formal for which the following link can be used to vote. You can vote for anyone but please put their full name and class in when nominating to avoid confusion where people may have the same name.

ROOMS
If you’re interested in staying the night please inform YOUR CLASS REP and they can give you details on price. The hotel have said where they are able they will reserve rooms for people who wish to book one - once we have been given the reference that you must use to get the prices they have quoted we will post it on this page and your class reps will also let you know and then you can go ahead and proceed with booking.

FINAL PAYMENTS
Please don’t forget the final £40 payment is due on April 1st - however feel free to send over to your class rep beforehand!! Also please can we try + avoid having reps chase people for money 😅

FINALLY
So far we have paid for the events deposit, security, a photographer who will take pictures of the night. As well as a photographer who will be taking photographs you can purchase as part of a photo package. There will also be plenty of little extra touches which we would like to keep a surprise until then, but for now thanks for cooperating and any questions pleasefeel free to comment / get in touch with your class rep 😁
