Each week, we serve a selection of delicious homemade, freshly baked cakes. You can expect Gluten Free, Vegan and Dairy cakes. 🌱

This week: blueberry jam Victoria Sponge, vegan coconut chocolate bounty cake and a vegan chocolate tiffin.

While we’re here, just a few springtime updates:

Lots of change this time of year! We’ve completely revamped our front entrance and planted beautiful, aromatic herbs that we will soon be able to use in our café. 🌱

The scented walkway has opened up the centre and new signage is on its way, the changes have already welcomed so many new faces at the meditation centre this week, it’s been so lovely meeting you all!

Next Saturday 1st April is our Open Day! There will be guided tours of the meditation rooms and free guided meditations, feel free to drop in 11am-3pm.

Our lunchtime meditations are now Monday to SATURDAY at 12:30pm 🤗

Evening classes:

Mon 7-8pm
Tues 6:30-7:15pm
Thurs 8-9pm

Did you know our lunchtime meditation classes are drop-in?

As well as coffee, cakes and lunch, we have meditation rooms. 😌

Experienced teachers offer guided breathing meditations, perfect for beginners!

Monday: 30 minute class
Tuesday: 30 minute class
Wednesday: 30 minute class
Thursday: 30 minute class
Friday: 45 minute class

The café is hosting an inspiring retreat on how to live from a more peaceful inner space & create more meaningful connections with others.

In between meditation sessions this morning, we’ve enjoyed some coffee, pain au chocolat & almond croissants 🥐

In the afternoon, a hearty Red Thai Curry.

We’re happy to be back open on Monday 16th January at 11:00-15:00.

As we depend entirely upon the kindness of volunteers, we take a break at this time of year. This week will be our last week of classes.
