Love this!
12 sessions investing into your own mental and emotional wellbeing in a welcoming, non-judgemental community group.
A safe and supportive space for anyone who is feeling overwhelmed, itโs for those struggling with emotional health and mental health challenges. The groups provide tools for self-management in a facilitated peer-mentoring style setting.
Content includes group and individual activities designed to help us to accept ourselves, to understand our value and worth, and grow towards a more resilient and hopeful future and with the aim of everyone who attends feeling more positive than when they arrived.
To register interest and book your space on the next available course, hosted and led by Freedom Church starting Monday April 25th contact:

Food for thought.

How true this is!
'Kintsugi' (้็ถใ) is a Japanese technique for repairing pottery with seams of gold. The word means 'golden joinery' in Japanese. This repairs the brokenness in a way that makes the object more beautiful, and even more unique than it was prior to being broken. Instead of hiding the scars it makes a feature of them.
Following the success of our first wellbeing course, we are running our next course starting Monday 1st November at 7.30pm.
