What a year it has been, made some memories i will never forgot. Honestly one of the best years of my life as well as being one of the most mentally challenging and lowest years of my life but with that comes many lessons and reason for gratitude❤️
This year has taught me so much about myself, about life in general, my business, how i act, how i think, who i spend my time with, how i spend my time.. the list goes on. Im a massive believer in everything happens for a reason so all the thing’s positive or negative that i encountered in 2022 was a lesson to make me better person and better at my job.❤️
One thing i will say is taking time out to reset is so important when running multiple business, how you react to stress, deal with situations and your productivity levels are impacted massively when your head isn’t with it❤️
Had the opportunity to meet loads of new people, train and help all different types of people with all different types of background and stories and i cannot thank them enough for choosing me, trusting me, sticking by me and letting me do what i do best and getting them to where they need to be physically & mentally❤️
With that being said I want to say a massive thank you & HAPPY NEW YEAR to my clients, family and friends and to everyone i’ve met and who is by my side through thick & thin, good days & bad i know i have my moments but its all love😂❤️

Spend 40seconds per exercise and give max effort for the whole duration getting as many reps as possible and keep the rest in between changing exercises to a minimum keeping your heart rate elevated try this for 2 rounds👊🏾

These past few weeks have been crazy. From 4am train trips to London for modelling and getting back home past midnight. To working 7am to 10pm back to back. But Im Blessed to be in the position to see my own progress in modelling and my own fitness journey, whilst seeing all my clients on their own journey making un recognisable progress whilst staying on track and keeping motivated. Im grateful and blessed❤️🙏🏾
A question that everyone who’s on their fitness journey has asked themselves at some point- “why am I not seeing progress?” ❓
Here are a few basic fundamental steps to focus on and make sure your on top of as they are small things what make a huge difference.
1)Progressive overload - This refers to the gradual increase of workload in order to boost muscle growth and strength. In weight training this would look like using a heavier weight every week or upping the reps to create an difference in intensity then the previous week. I always make sure to make a note of the weight each client is lifting so that we can gradually increase this to ensure muscle strength and endurance is developing.
2)Sleep - are you getting enough ‘deep’ sleep? Rest is where our muscles recover, heal and ultimately grow to allow your body to be able to perform ready for the next training day. It also sees high levels of testosterone around the body, which is key to building muscle mass. The duration of your sleep is not as important as the quality of it.. 6 hours of deep sleep is better than 8 hours of light, interrupted sleep!
3)Consistency - The key to seeing results! I have had so many clients come to me with the dilemma that they go to the gym but haven’t seen any changes or progress. Why? Many people train one/ two days per week, and spend the other 5 days doing minimal exercise and eating an unbalanced diet- obviously results are not going to show, and if they do it’ll take much longer or be minimal. I always encourage clients to make exercise part of their routine and part of their lifestyle, don’t get me wrong I’m not saying don’t have a life and make fitness your No1 priority but take accountability for what you do and stay on top of it and be real with yourself is it that hard to drink 3L of water a day, go for a walk a couple times a week to up your steps and stick to your calories and when you go to the gym whether its twice or everyday work hard and remember your goals and that training should be fun it’s literally an opportunity for you to get yourself in shape so you feel better and confident✅

Hitting new pbs, hitting the gym consistently, hitting your calorie target… the list goes on focus on the process not the outcome same way success is a journey not a destination. Don’t pressure yourself as much when you feel like@your not making progress and track your accomplishments and reward yourself shift your focus to taking small steps to lead you to where you want to be over the final destination.

Kept this one quiet for a minute but i cant get over how proud i am of looking like a whole new woman👌🏾👌🏾
The levels of determination to make progress and to where she wants to be are unmatched its crazy! Hitting 10k steps daily, walking to the gym & work instead of driving to burn extra kcals and it’s starting to pay off. I am so proud to be able to train you and watch your journey as you transform and theres nothing better then knowing and hearing your clients feeling happier and more confident within themselves and being able to wear clothes that have not fit in years and thats why i do what i do🙏🏾 Training really specific and tailored to her needs as she has arthritis we be keeping it low impact but still very effective and its clearly starting to show all the hard work paying off and we still aint done yet💯
It really is about trusting the process eating right training hard and keeping consistent✅
