Have you booked your classes yet? F.I.Ts postnatal classes are EVERYDAY and you are welcome to change your session days each week to suit your own family’s timetable! There is a booking link on my story, in my bio or just give me a shout and i’ll send to you directly! If you’ve not been before, don’t worry, classes are postnatal friendly and are good for all levels of fitness and ability. If you have any ongoing concerns regarding your recovery have a chat with me and I can adapt for all individual needs. All the Mums who come to F.I.T are amazing and your in safe hands with me. F.I.T round my baby Bootcamp - Ideal for women with no ongoing postnatal complications and who are ready to up the pace (20weeks + postnatal )Expect fun, games and challenges. Babies and children always welcome - TUES 10am & FRI 10.15am
You can come 1x a week, 2x or unlimited and the more you come the cheaper it is. Your welcome to change the day of your session each week to suit your own family commitments.

I started my FIT journey after becoming a Mum myself, realising the challenge of balancing personal health with childcare responsibilities. Traditional gym routines didn’t suit my needs—I wanted to be with my baby while exercising.
FIT round my baby was born out of this necessity, allowing me to integrate workouts with childcare. As a former teacher, flexibility was limited, but FIT gave me the freedom to prioritise my family’s schedule.
What started as a personal solution became a supportive community of like-minded women, all echoing the same sentiment, ‘I wish this was available earlier.’
Little did I know, I’d also be empowering other new, working Mums like Keileigh and Laura to navigate the balance between work and family. Now, they too can cherish more moments with their children while pursuing their careers with their own FIT round their baby careers. Good luck to them and all the Mums and babies they meet along their own journey.

We’ve heard your feedback about wanting classes closer to home, as many Mums have been traveling out of their way to attend our postnatal sessions. We’re dedicated to making postnatal exercise accessible to all Mums, with their babies in tow. Wherever you are, I’d love to bring a F.I.T round my baby class to your area! It’s more than just a fitness class; it’s a supportive community of women prioritising their babies’ needs while focusing on their own well-being. F.I.T round my baby is a chance to release endorphins and enjoy the benefits of a happy Mum, happy baby dynamic.
Did you know you can start at F.I.T at any postnatal stage and also come if you’ve not had a baby! Classes are geared up to suit all abilities and fitness types. Whether you’ve just had a baby and are finding your feet in the gym again after a long break, or you’ve worked out right through pregnancy there is a class for you. Classes are written to work to your own ability. Don’t worry if you’ve had a c-section or have diastasis recti, we can adapt to suit your individual needs.
So what classes can you do? Take a look at the Program overview:
🤱🏼F.I.T round my baby- A low impact full body workout that can be done literally holding your baby. Women can stand from 6 weeks postnatal.
👩👧F.I.T round my baby Bootcamp- A high paced workout for women from 20 weeks postnatal. Expect more of a bootcamp style class with challenges and games to work through.
🏋️♀️F.I.T Bootcamp- Once your ready to@leave your baby or back at work in the day you can come to our evening Bootcamp. This is a fun bootcamp class with circuits and games! Adults 16+
💪🏻Group PT & PT - if you have certain goals to reach and want a more personalised program with individual targets set for you then a Group PT or 121 session would work for you. Here we track your progress and get your head around nutrition and calories.
You can start at any point and do a mix of classes and sessions to suit your own home life and schedule. I’m pretty flexible as I know the juggle of parenting 🫠😂🙌🏻😜

In January, I set myself a challenge to run 5k every day. Surprisingly, I inspired one of my clients, Kate, to take on the challenge in February. Her dedication has been remarkable! Despite her busy schedule with work and kids, she found time, even as late as 10pm, to complete her runs. Her pace and consistency are truly unbeatable! While I’m chuffed to have inspired her, she’s the real inspiration here. It’s all about mind over matter; set a goal and work towards it every day!
A couple of spaces for group PT have opened up on Monday 11am and Thursday 11am. Your babies are welcome to come along to the session too!

Did somebody say half term? Excellent work from these amazing Mums and their kids who powered through a full workout and play session with minimal tears or chaos! 🫠 The essence of our family-inclusive gym is being able to have your children alongside you. This week highlighted the importance of mothers exercising while staying close to their kids. Finding childcare for such activities isn’t always feasible, yet it’s crucial for maternal well-being, both mentally and physically. Its also heartening to see the kids enjoying themselves and adopting lifelong healthy habits just by being exposed to exercise and witnessing their Mums dedication. I love my job, but I’ll definitely be looking forward to wine o clock come this evening!
It’s been a pleasure training you through both pregnancies, even if you do point blank refuse to do some exercises 😂 💖
Thrilled to share that my little Teddy Bowman nabbed the 5th spot in today’s Junior Parkrun! His passion for it is infectious—even on lazy Sunday mornings when I really don’t want to get up, he’s raring to go. How could I deny him such enthusiasm? Junior Parkrun truly shines as an incredible event for our little ones! Bring on next week 👌🏼🙌🏻 🏃♂️
