💫To all my lovely followers I would like to apologise for my silence over the last month. I’m a pretty private person so a post like this is quite difficult for me 🙈
It’s been a very tough time and my business has had to go on the back burner for a while.
For anyone that knows my Mum they will already know about the multitude of health issues that she has suffered with over the last 30 plus years. If being diagnosed with breast cancer FOUR times isn’t bad enough, it’s just the tip of the iceberg, the rest creates a list as long as your arm!
However, she has somehow, I have no clue how, taken everything that life has thrown at her and I can honestly say I have never known a stronger person in all my life.
She’s now 84 and has no intention of going anywhere just yet!
The last month has really made me realise that I would be totally lost without her! 💫

That being said, I ask you to please cherish the ones that you hold close to your heart ❤️

If you love someone….tell them!
If you can help someone….help them!
If you can hug someone….hug them!

We’re not on this physical plane forever and I’m very lucky that she’s still here!

I have decided that from November I will be offering TWO x 30 MINUTE REIKI TREATMENTS EACH MONTH, FREE OF CHARGE, TO PEOPLE THAT REALLY NEED IT!!!

I haven’t worked out the details yet on how best to offer this, as there’s been too much going on, but if you have any ideas on how this could work, then please do get in touch!!

I'm launching a children's pay what you can treatment clinic for August✨ on the following dates:

Sunday 11th
Friday 23rd

A 30 minute appointment is usually £25 but on this day you just pay what you can afford. There is no pressure to pay more than that and if it's zero then that's ok too!

Appointments will be open to all children, no matter their age. Reflexology is so beneficial to our little ones and I'd love to be able to share those benefits even more.

Both myself and the client had forgotten how bad his condition actually was when he first came to see me back in January. He has been suffering with Psoriatic Arthritis for many years and the skin on his whole body was terribly red, sore and itchy. Now you may think that to get to where we are today has taken a long time, nearly 8 months!!! However, he has only been able to attend appointments once a month, as he doesn’t live locally, so we have drastically been able to improve his condition in just 8 treatments!! He has been able to stop using the harsh steroid creams and feels less self conscious about his skin.
Conditions such as this can have a huge impact on a person both physically and mentally, so to get to where we are today has had a huge impact on my client.

🌿💫 Well where do I begin with this absolute gem 💎 of an acupuncture point!

I was really struggling this morning with dreadful menstrual pain, to the point where I was shaking and feeling increasingly nauseous. Before reaching for the pain killers I decided to give point LI 4 a chance, and I am so glad I did. I was literally shaking whilst putting the needles in both hands but I was amazed by the result! The pain started to diminish almost immediately and after 30 minutes I was back to normal and pain free! 🤩

LI 4 is a very strong point and not a favourite with a lot of clients but trust me it absolutely works!

It’s contraindicated in pregnancy 🤰 so pregnant ladies steer clear, but otherwise it’s fantastic for acute pain (headaches, toothache, throat pain, nasal congestion, pain in the limbs and of course, menstrual pain!), clearing heat and moving the channel 💫🌿 If you would like to give acupuncture a try then please don’t hesitate to get in touch 💛
