Looking at photo albums can be a great way to reminisce and be a fulfilling activity as dementia progresses.

Ask open-ended questions to avoid putting the person on the spot, and remember that repeated stories could be particularly important to them. Pay attention to how someone is feeling about the memories being shared.

Following on from the very successful first FAN Plus Walking session, the second session will be taking place on 28th August, this time in Cardiff Bay.
