Wow best 2 years ever we love every single minute of running a family business and watching the gym grow and develop it truly has become part of our family. We have not only built a gym but a real community of fitness and friendship. We have some very exciting plans for the year ahead like tripling the size of the studio!! January is the month for fitness & getting back into the exercise regime you may have let slip towards the end of last year, or you might be starting out on your fitness campaign.
I offer remedial & sports massage which is often used to prevent injury, it helps to improve muscle condition. Manipulation of muscular tissues occurs during a remedial massage, aiming to stretch, relax & loosen muscle. During a sports massage blood flow is increased to help increase healing & recovery. By improving a muscles condition, it is less likely to damage during activity or exercise therefore preventing injury.
I work out of & all members currently get a 10% discount however for the month of January for 💥New Clients only 💥 I’m bumping this up to 20%, if you are not a member of the 20% discount also applies. The initial appointment is 90 minutes, this includes a 30 minute consultation where we have a chat & do some orthopaedic testing, if necessary. Normally £75, for January only £60.

Makes me so happy when I get a lovely review from one of my clients. Sian used to be a rower & now concentrates on horse riding, dressage in particular. So with the weather getting colder, she is feeling it in her muscles. So we’ve been concentrating on her back, shoulders & neck. Next week she’s booked in for a 90 minute Combination massage including Hot Stones. This is a full body massage combining skills from my Advanced clinical, myofascial release, sports & deep tissue training including the luxury of hot volcanic stones. So this treatment will enable us to get into the glutes & adductors which are indicated for horse riders. Thanx again for the amazing review 🙏❤️
