I am able to extend my diary tomorrow (26th) for x2 60 minute appointments. These are not available online so please message me if you would like one. 2.30 and 3.30 available.

New appointments have become available this Sunday 23rd June @ the Staverton Clinic. Please book online to secure your space.

I am super excited to announce that Bespoke Treatment is opening up a 2nd clinic within the Prince of Wales Stadium inside the fitness room gym! Tracey will work from this clinic Monday-Wednesday and there is plenty of parking 😉! This clinic opens on the 24th June 2024.

Please rest assured the Staverton clinic will remain open and Tracey will be working Thursday, Friday’s and Saturday/Sunday.

The website will be updated asap, but please do get in touch if you have any questions. I have already been in touch with those booked in the week commencing 24th July and I have my first patient booked in at 9.30am to kick us off 😊. I hope you love it as much as I do!

I’ve tried everything not to increase prices, but with everything going up around me, I really have to make this move from the 1st January 2024. I’m still the cheapest around because my goal is to always be affordable to everyone. However, if the price increases affect whether you can afford treatment or not, please do still book in and speak to me in confidentiality and I will honour my current price. I would much rather you received help for your pain then be at home suffering. 🧡

All of the vouchers are being posted out today to ensure they arrive in time. They are still available to purchase in clinic with me: 30 min, 45 min or 60 minutes available.

Two new signs for parking! If no space is available, don’t worry, a patient may be due to leave and you can go in their place. I will ensure you have your full treatment time 😊

Received this thoughtful key ring from a lovely friend and patient. It brought a tear to my eye and it is just a lovely reminder to keep me going when I feel like I am just treading water at times…. ‘May you be proud of the work you do, the person you are, and the difference you make’. So chuffed with it 💕

GREAT NEWS…. Bespoke Treatment is getting a new car park space at our unit just for clients and it’s going to be strictly monitored. I am going to stagger patients to ensure one in and one out so it makes it easier for all involved.

The cost of using the debit card machine has now risen to almost £2 per transaction! Instead of putting prices up I would rather use BACS transfers as the preferred payment method over using the debit card machine please 🙏

When your sister comes in for a birthday massage and you have your children with you, there is only one thing to do and that’s use her as a Guinea pig for physio training. 🤣💕 ( future clients do not need to worry, this will only happen to family members 😜)

I have had to make the decision to increase my prices by £2 on all treatments from 1st September. I have tried my hardest not to put them up, but I have had a rent increase, IZettle card reader increase and costs of living go up meaning I can not sustain what I am currently doing. I really hope by increasing the price by a little amount that’s those already struggling can still attend appointments and receive the help they need.

A lovely start to a Monday. A client thanking me for helping her at her very painful time in need. However, I really do love helping people and just seeing them out of pain and smiling again is enough for me to have a smile on my face all day. Always lovely to appreciate that extra gift from my lovely clients 💜
