Due to people’s changing schedules I have a couple of spaces available in 2 of my weekly classes. Tuesday is a slightly slower class, and Thursday is suitable for a beginner but someone looking to progress to intermediate. I teach from a small private studio on east beach side of Selsey with only 4 people in each class so you always get worked to the highest level with individual instruction where needed.
Whether you want to improve posture, become more mobile or help with an ongoing issue then Pilates is for you. If you’ve tried Pilates and didn’t enjoy it then why not come and try my classes. You might be surprised!

Are you looking to move more and improve your strength and mobility? I run chair based Pilates classes from my private home studio on the East Beach side of Selsey. These classes are aimed at those that struggle with getting down to a mat or with kneeling based exercises. All ages, gender and abilities welcome. We use a variety of small equipment to challenge you and the classes are small and friendly with just 4 people per session. If you have have limited mobility, knee or hip issues, back issues then this is the class for you! Why not book a space to come along and give it a try. I have 2 spaces become available in my classical matwork Pilates classes. These are permanent weekly spaces. My classes are the next best thing to private 1 to 1 sessions as there are only 4 people per class. This means you get the instruction and guidance needed to get the most from your Pilates practice. Build core strength and stability, as well as improve your balance and mobility. Classes are held in my private home studio on the east beach side of Selsey and start at £9 a session. I have just 1 space remaining in a new class I’m starting on 7th June. This class will be different to my classical Pilates classes as it will be focused around pelvic floor health and progressing on to focus around symptoms of menopause. Everyone starting will be beginners so this will be a good opportunity for someone to start Pilates with no previous experience as I’ll be starting everyone from a beginner level. This is a weekly class with a maximum of 4 people.

I’ve wanted to bring loop bands into Pilates class for a while now but never quite got around to it. We use flexbands a fair bit but these loop bands and a slightly different focus. We can add in some shoulder and upper back engagement as well as encouraging the transverse abdominus (your core) to wake up 😃 Loop bands - coming to your Pilates class soon!!

Pilates & The Pelvic Floor completed!! A great compliment to my already completed certification in Pilates & The Menopause. Look out for how I’ll be using this to help you soon!!

I already have a new women’s health focused classes starting on 7th June so I’m looking forward to using my newly acquired knowledge to guide this class

Online learning for me today and made the most of the lovely weather by being outside!! Made a good start on course content for Pilates and the Pelvic Floor with APPI. I know what I’m learning is going to be beneficial to so many and the content is really good. Will get the rest covered over the next few days. So good to able to access learning from home without the need for travel and accommodation.

All set for Chairlates class tomorrow. Very excitied about this new class format! It’s about making all the benefits of Pilates accessible to all. This class is aimed at those with less mobility and struggle to get down to a mat and get back up from the floor. Started on class plans for Chairlates today!! Really looking forward to making Pilates more accessible to those that don’t find it easy to get down to the floor for matwork. We’ll be using weighted balls and flexbands for the first class. Working on strength and mobility for the whole body. I still have spaces available on Thursday afternoon 3:45 . I’m considering offering Tuesday 2 till 3:00 as an alternative or an additional class. If you’d be interested in this time let me know

I have 3 sort after places available in my small group Pilates sessions. The sessions are run from my home cabin studio with no more than 4 people per session. Spaces don’t become available very often but I currently have 2 spaces Tuesday 12:00 and 1 space Tuesday 5:15pm. If you are new Pilates you would need to have a 1 to 1 session before attending your class to make sure you have learnt the basic principles. If you would like to have one of these spaces please send me a private message.
If you are waiting on information for chair Pilates once I have sourced suitable chairs I will be releasing start dates.

I’m trying to gauge if there is an interest in a chair based Pilates class in Selsey. The class or classes would be in groups of no more than 6 people and run from my studio cabin. They would most likely be either Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday late morning or afternoon and aimed at those that struggle to get up and down from the floor. These will be an accumulation of 26 years personal training knowledge and experience, 6 years as a soft tissue therapist and 5 years as a Pilate instructor. Would like to show all my customers that during our December charity offer for st whilfied’s hospice we managed to raise a total of £4460. This was by donating all monies taken for December gas boiler servicing and landlord gas safety certificates. Myself and wife also held a selsey self employed Xmas do where local tradesman made donations for the drinks at the party. All in all we are really please for the huge amount we managed to raise for such a great local charity and would hope this will
Help out in some way for them.

The Coastal Clinic is now closed for Christmas break and will be back on 2nd January. Thank you so much to all of you that have supported me throughout 2023 either by coming to me for massage therapy, injury rehab or to my many regular Pilates class participants. It’s been a great year but I’m looking forward to 2024 and helping many more to be more mobile and pain free. I hope you all have an lovely Christmas and an amazing new year.
