We have been developing our policy around snacks at school and after half term will launch our new Healthy Snack rules! NO Chocolate, NO Sweets, NO Crisps!

Healthy Snacks We encourage children to bring in healthy snacks full of vitamins and minerals containing no added salt, fat or sugar. Many of these will help contribute to their 5 daily portions of fruit and vegetables, keep them alert and help them concentrate. It can be hard during the week to think of suitable....

Easter Newsletter - March 2024 We have ended the Spring Term at Spa with celebrations for pupils who had been chosen as our Learners of the Term. Well done to all of our winners for demonstrating our school values!

This Friday is Red Nose Day! Donate £1 and come to school dressed in something funny or red! Or you could have funny hair or paint your face! We will also be having a bake sale and donations of cakes, biscuits and buns are very much appreciated 😊

Reminder: World Book Day tomorrow, Thursday 7th March! We invite you to come dressed as your favourite story character or in your storytime comfies! Prizes are ready for the best efforts and reading achievements!

Our fabulous Leger Catering team have created a special menu for World Book Day 2024.

All this week to celebrate we will be having a competition to find which class can read the most! Pupils will add a sticker to their class chart every time they read for 10 minutes or more at school or at home! See below for some ideas on boosting reading power at home!

This year we will be inviting our whole school community to dress up to celebrate World Book Day on Thursday 7th March. You could dress up as a favourite book character and bring their favourite book to school or come to school for a cosy story time in pyjamas and onesies and slippers (please bring a change of shoes!).
