Our Audit team had an amazing time yesterday at King William’s Careers Evening! It was inspiring to meet so many bright students interested in becoming Chartered Accountants—and potentially training with Moore Dixon.

Our new branded merchandise made a big impression, and our spin-to-win game kept the energy high, entertaining students while we shared why Moore Dixon is the perfect choice for their career path.

Thank you, King William's College & The Buchan School, for the opportunity to connect with such talented young people. We can’t wait to see what the future holds — maybe even with Moore Dixon!

We are excited to welcome Neville Wyllie to the Moore Dixon team as our new Head of Finance.

Neville brings a wealth of experience, having held Financial Controller roles in Zimbabwe, Namibia, and South Africa, across various industries until 2002.

Since moving from Cape Town to the Isle of Man in 2003, he has worked in similar roles in the Isle of Man, Malta, and the British Virgin Islands, mainly within the Financial Services sector.

Neville will be working closely with Tony Seymour over the coming months as he transitions into his new role.

Congratulations to Gavin for passing his Financial Management exam! 👏 🎉

Gavin joined our Audit department in April and quickly established himself as a valuable member of the team.

We are all proud of Gavin, and we can’t wait to see him achieve great things in the future.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Moore Dixon is proud to support the Manx Breast Cancer Support Group.

Every 10 minutes someone hears the life-changing words, “You have breast cancer.”

With approximately 56,800 new cases diagnosed in the UK each year, breast cancer remains the most common cancer in the UK, accounting for 15% of all new cancer cases.
Early detection and regular screenings are vital in improving survival rates.

Thanks to advancements in research and treatment, survival rates have doubled over the last 40 years, saving countless lives.

Recently, Moore Dixon held a successful cake bake in support of Isle of Man breast cancer charities, raising awareness and funds for this important cause.

Let’s continue to support awareness, encourage screenings, and work together towards a future where breast cancer is a thing of the past.

Massive congratulations to Clara for completing her ACA exams and on becoming a member of the ICAEW!

With her promotion to Supervisor, Clara’s outstanding hard work and dedication have paid off, and she can now proudly put ACA after her name as she embarks on this exciting new chapter of her career.
