We head out on the road this coming Sunday to visit Montrose Vics for the first time since the 21/22 season.

East Region Cup this Sunday as we welcome Kelty Hearts to Craigie. Only one previous meeting between the sides seen us take away a 3-1 win in the early stages of this seasons Scottish Cup.

A tough one to take today, started so well and grabbed the 1st goal with Jacob getting on the end of a great cross to give us the lead. Some great saves from Jack and strong defending from our back line secured the advantage going into the break.

2nd half told a different story. A missed penalty followed by losing 2 cheap goals changed the game. Broughty got themselves a 3rd before Ryan slotted in our 2nd. Plenty more chances at both ends but we sadly come away with a loss. Focus now goes to next weekends visit from Kelty Hearts.

After what felt like 50 cup games in a row, we finally have a league game. Another tie against Broughty Pumas who got themselves a narrow 2-1 victory 2 weeks ago in the League cup.

It was the end of the road for us today in the league cup as we went behind in the first half thanks to a well taken free kick and then some poor defending that we really should have done better with.

Second half was better on our part as we dealt with every attack our visitors tried and we got a goal back when Reece found a way through their defence. Now, we need to refocus, get our mentality in the right place and get the fire back in our bellies to bounce back and get back to winning ways next weekend, whatever the fixture may be.

Big game this weekend as its the first semi final of the season. We host the Pumas for the first meeting between the sides since last season.

Like Fridays game, it was pretty even throughout the first half but it was Ivan that started the scoring by putting us ahead after 10 minutes before Ferry got the equaliser not long before the break.

Ralph restored the lead with his 10th goal of the season but we had to keep pushing with some really good opportunities for us and Joe got us some breathing space with his first competitive goal for the team. Another brilliant performance today but now we focus on next week. Well done today lads

Both teams deciding on a game rather than training tonight and were very evenly matched throughout the first half. Monifieth got themselves ahead not long after the restart and was looking like it would be the only goal of the game until Khawar got on the end of a well delivered corner to even up the game.

Fantastic performance from everyone tonight and great way to prepare for Sundays game.

Dont panic folks, believe it or not, we DEFINITELY still have an active league campaign going on but its league cup action again this weekend as we head along the road to visit Ferry Athletic.

Last meeting between us, we came away with a 2-1 win.

After last weeks disappointing exit from the Scottish Cup, our focus turns to the next big one and we needed a big reply to get back on track. Quite an even game throughout the first half with Khawar having our only decent chance and Jack not having much to deal with.

2nd half brought in some changes on both sides and the tempo went up with Reece scoring from a corner. Khawar did the same thing 5 minutes later by scoring from the corner and there could've been more goals with Ryan and Joe hitting the bar as well as some other players forcing the visiting keeper into some good saves.

Good result today boys, clean sheet and into the next round. Now we look to next weeks League Cup clash along the road to visit Ferry Athletic.

If the weather behaves itself this week, we'll be hosting Crossford Utd in the long awaited East Region cup tie 🤞

Today, we started pretty slow against a very strong Haldane United team and they made us pay for it by scoring after 15 minutes. Most of the football was played in the midfield area with neither keeper being tested too much.

Some questionable decisions led to us ,harshly, going down to 10 men but the boys fought hard in the 2nd half to get a goal back but unfortunately we just couldn't find a way past our hosts goalkeeper.

Huge thank you to everyone at Haldane for the fantastic hospitality after the game and best of luck with the rest of the competition. Also, thanks to everyone who came along today to support the boys. 🧡🖤

It's the big one!! This coming Saturday, we're off on our travels yet again as we face Haldane Utd in the last 16 of the Scottish Cup.

If you wanted a boring, slow game then this was not the game to be at. We went 1 down inside the first 2 minutes after a mix-up in defence. Our hosts got themselves another goal, this time from a corner and with so many bodies in the box, it was difficult to keep out. We were the more attacking team throughout the whole game but we just couldn't find the net, some good goalkeeping and at one point, the post gave us a headache.

We needed a comeback bigger than last weeks in the Scottish Cup and the boys didn't half deliver. Ivan was on a mission to get a goal against his old club and he got it, scoring his first official goal for the team in the process. Reece continued the fightback after converting a penalty to level things up and the shots kept coming but it was Ralph that sealed the win by scoring in his 7th game in a row.

We're so proud of the boys for their amazing attitude to go after the win when things didn't look that good at the half. Probably the perfect way to end 2023 with our winning run going on too. Huge thanks to the guys at Breadalbane for the great hospitality after the game and good luck with the rest of your season.

Tough, physical opposition, awful weather and not the greatest of pitches, this was gonna be the biggest of challenges to date and definitely didn't disappoint. Both teams very evenly matched throughout the first half as the shots came in thick and fast but halfway through the half, it was the hosts that got the breakthrough. The lead didn't last too long as Ralph made the most of some slack defending to slot in the equaliser to keep the game even for half time.

2nd half was more in our favour as we were the more attacking side and it was Leo who grabbed the winning goal after a gap in defence gave way to a well executed shot. Unfortunately we didn't have a full squad today but the lads certainly put on a display to be proud of and were rewarded with a place in the last 16. Amazing job today boys, be proud of yourselves and enjoy the rest of your weekend and thanks to everyone that travelled through to support the team. 🧡🖤

Road trip this coming Saturday as we head out west to play Blantyre Vics in the Scottish Cup.

Back to the league as we finish our double header by playing Dryburgh again, this time as visitors. Looking for a repeat of last weeks great performance against our hosts.

Fantastic start to the game today as we went on the attack straight away and Reece had himself a hattrick after just 12 minutes just before Leo split the visitors defence and got our 4th. Ralph and Reece grabbed the next 2 followed by Owen who hit a 1st-time shot to get our 7th (and his 5th of the season) just before the break.

Ryan came on in the 2nd half and found a way through the visiting defence to get himself on the scoresheet before Lewis converted a penalty. Lewis then got another 2 goals to complete his hattrick as well as Leo claiming his 2nd of the day.

Excellent performances from everyone day on a really tricky surface to keep the winning run going. Well done today lads 🧡🖤

Hoping it's a case of "3rd time lucky" as we try to get round 1 of the league cup played🤞🤞

First half of the game was definitely more even than we were hoping for. Leo caused the visitors a few problems by testing their defence and put us ahead at the second time of asking. Montrose had a few opportunities to level and go ahead but some tight defending and some saves from Jack got us to the break still ahead.

After the break was a different story. We went back out in a more attacking frame of mind after a few changes. Liam cut through the hosts to lay off Ralph who knocked the ball passed the keeper and give us more of an advantage. Reece scored our 3rd to put the game to bed and secure the 3 points and help the winning run continue. Not the best performance of the season but cant complain too much after scoring 3 and getting the first clean sheet in a few games. Good job today lads. Lets take this into the next game and take it up a few notches. 🧡🖤

League campaign continues this weekend as we host Montrose at Craigie. We brought home the 3 points last time out as 5-2 winners and looking to take another 3 points.

Today we came up against a strong Kelty side which we knew would be a tough game from the start but an early corner in the opening minutes seen Jamie win the header which the hosts goalie had no chance of saving. It was pretty much end to end for the rest of the half until Reece found the net inside the last few minutes to give us a 2 goal advantage going into the break.

We paid for some poor defending in the first couple of minutes of the 2nd half as Kelty scored from a corner to keep the game as close as possible but Ralph restored the 2 goal lead and it ended 3-1 in our favour. Its straight into round 5 as we have a bye for the 4th round and its back to league duties next weekend as we host Montrose. Excellent performances all round today lads, the hard work and determination paying off well. Well done today lads 🧡🖤
