Is it time? Do you need the app, the blog, the planner, the group, the love?

I know it works but I'm worried about what everyone will think if I go back again.

I've so many events, what's the point starting yet.

I know it works when I do it, I'm trying alone but I need accountability.

I'm going to try and lose a bit before I go back.

I'm worried I'll fail.

There is NEVER a right time to join and lose weight but the more we put it off is another week of feeling the way you do...if nothing changes, nothing changes and this might be YOUR time to shine.

We’ve all had these thoughts, but all you get at our groups is Reassurance, A Huge Welcome, a smile, NO JUDGEMENT, Lots of motivation and Inspiration even a brew, and by staying to group each week will give you the encouragement you deserve ❤️

Ex Slimming World Members were starting to frown
Oh why did I do it? Oh why did I lapse?
I'll give my consultant a call and maybe perhaps
They'll welcome me back with arms open wide
Help me lose more weight so I don't have to hide
Then up from the rooftops there came such a shout
"Of course you can come back - of that there's no doubt!"
My Consultant was swinging from the chimney above
To shower all members with much Christmas love!
Shouting "I CAN HELP! I CAN HELP!" Just come back to Group
Back to Free foods like stews and soup
With Healthy Extras and Syns just how can you fail?
It really doesn't matter if you've slipped off the rail
So I'll see you in Group to get back in the swing
And we can party 'till Christmas and let the bells rings ❤

Two years ago, Aaron headed to Leeds Festival looking forward to a day out with friends, listening to good music and making memories. Once he arrived though, he found his size held him back – he felt self-conscious and even missed Two Door Cinema Club, one of his favourite bands, because he was too tired to walk across the field to the stage they were playing on. It was at this point he decided to make a change and join his local Slimming World group. Now 14st lighter, he’s having the time of his life and enjoying Leeds Festival to the fullest this time 🎵!

Hi, I'm a leaflet. I may well be floating through your letter box soon. At first glance you might think I'm junk mail.
