Under the close supervision and instruction of our head chef, hospitality students prepare and serve the best in fresh, local produce. Our quiet comfortable bar serves a variety of aperitifs, as well as non-alcoholic options -

Tran finished off the student menus this evening with the support of Sophie running FOH for the last dinner menu of this year with a Vietnamese menu. Well done team and congratulations to all the students as we approach the end of this academic session.
It’s not easy to plan and design your own menu then get a brigade to execute your vision successfully. This is only part of what our level 6 kitchen & larder and level 7 patisserie students have to carry out to successfully achieve their qualifications. We take our hats off to to all the students who have done this and to Leah for leading the team tonight.

As we kick off the month of May we only have a few weeks left of our lunch and dinner services for this academic year. We value the support of all our customers and would just like to give a gentle reminder that our restaurant is a realistic working environment for our students under training so sometimes service may run a little slower than you might expect so that the team can get things right for you. We appreciate your time and patience with this.

These will be available on a first come first served basis over the next two weeks. Come along and grab yours before they are gone.

Last Christmas lunch service and function of the year today. We collaborated with our beauty therapy team as they held a spectacular beauty event at our Milton Road campus.
