As part of the Edinburgh Seafood Festival, which is taking place in the St James Quarter, Chef Paul returns to Miele's state-of-the-art kitchen for an exclusive seafood dinner and tasting menu with wine pairing from Cloudy Bay.

This event offers a unique opportunity to experience Paul's culinary excellence in an intimate environment.

Paul will prepare a 6 course menu with snacks to start, each dish will be perfectly matched with wine selected by the expert sommeliers at Cloudy Bay.

How lucky are we to live in Scotland with all this breath-taking scenery.

Our foraging walks start again this week and we are really excited, join Paul on his plant safari as he takes you through coastal, woodland and countryside terrains. Identifying leaves, berries and all things edible. After nearly 2 hours its back to the restaurant for a foraged led tasting menu.

Our June dates are now live and ready to book through our website.

Our foraging experiences start again this week and we are so excited.
We are so lucky to live in Scotland with so many differing landscapes and sceneries; come join Paul as we walk through coastal, woodland and countryside terrains on this amazing culinary adventure and plant safari!

After a 90 mins - 2 hour walk, we head back to the restaurant for a delicious tasting menu lunch inspired by all the foraged edible plants and goodies found along the way.

Dear Friends,

We are all living in unprecedented times at the moment. Like many small independent restaurants we are seeing and feeling the real effects of COVID-19, but we are still here and open for business.

Please be assured that we are adhering to all the government guidelines regarding the virus and additional cleaning practises are all in place.

To all our guests we thank you for your continued support, we will all get through this together! For all those who want to continue to support us but understandably don't want to put themselves in a social situation, please buy a gift voucher from us or any small independent business, we ourselves will be removing all expiry dates from any vouchers purchased from today onward.

To offer our guests more options, we will be launching our first takeaway service tomorrow - we are starting small but choices will increase as days go by, we will also be changing the choices to keep things fresh and exciting.

Do you have a favourite Wedgwood dish - let us know and we'll see if we can organise it to go.
Delivery may be an option for all those self isolating, ask the question and we'll see what we can do.

Happy 15th birthday Wedgwood!

We can't believe we have made it this far! We are older, fatter and definitely more tired but we still love what we do :-)
We have met some incredible people along the way, guests who have become wonderful friends, all our team members who have supported us throughout the years and continue to do so and we have welcomed two beautiful daughters to continue our legacy. What an incredible adventure!

We can't wait for the future and to continue this journey with you all.
