Benefits of having The Little Bar Group run the bar at your wedding or event:

1. We offer a great selection of drinks, so even your uncle Jim will get that strange brandy he drinks
2. We deal everything! You don’t have to worry about what or how much of each drink to buy, we also deal with the clean up and waste disposal

The Little Bar Group will run the bar for the duration of your event, we will deal with license application and fee, provide friendly, experienced bar staff and accept Cash and Card payment for a wide range of Premium Spirits, Wines, bottled Beer, Ciders, cocktails and soft drinks.
We will also develop a personalised cocktail which can be named by you for your guests to enjoy.
 
The service is £549. We require a £50 deposit at the time of booking and the balance can be paid up to 28 days prior to the wedding.

Prepaid Drinks
If you would like to pre-pay any drinks for your guests we will give you an additional 10% spend! (For example of you want to put £100 behind the bar that will give your guests drinks to the value of £110)

Drinks Reception & Meal service
Looking to provide your own drinks for the drinks reception and meal, this is no problem and we won’t charge you corkage

If you would like us to provide glassware and serve these drinks there will be a charge involved

Travel
Travel is included for the day of the event up to 20 miles from West Lothian Any additional travel will be charged at 50p per mile.

We are very flexible and understand that every event is unique, therefore if there is anything you would like that we have not discussed please let us know and our team will do their best to accommodate you.

Don’t underestimate your drinks reception!

You’ve gathered your loved ones to celebrate marrying the love of your life, they’ve watched the heart warming ceremony and congratulated you but now you want to go get those amazing photos, leaving your guests for up to 2 hours!

Get your drinks reception wrong and you could end up with your guests feeling a little abandoned and just shuffling around, making small talk with the few people they already know but if you get it right you create a fun, light-hearted & warm environment that really sets the tone for the rest of the day 😊

Tips:

1) Think about the drinks! Make them exciting and something to talk about, a Prosecco Van provides a great talking point with guests being able to pour their own and of course getting photos in the van

If your venue is providing the fizz you can dry hire a Prosecco Cart, still creating that WOW factor and photo opportunity!

We recommend a good Pimp your Prosecco station which allows guests to get creative, maybe even a little competitive mixing some eye catching drinks. It’s a great conversation starter between your guests ‘how did you get yours pink and glittery?’

There are so many other options for drinks if your not going down the traditional Prosecco route. Get in touch with The Little Bar Group if you would like some inspo!

Also remember to have some non-alcoholic options (not just fresh orange) such as Nosecco, 0% beer or Mocktails

2) Have entertainment, you can hire a professional such as a magician or caricature artist or have some lawn games set up.

3) Have music, live music such as a Saxophonist is great but if that’s not an option have a playlist on in the background

4) Have extra canapés, when people get hungry they get grouchy!

5) Get involved and enjoy it! You’ve both been planning this for a while you deserve it, plus it is you both your guests are here to see
