A huge thank you to Exeter Southernhay and Topsham Rotary for donating a landmark tree to Heavitree Pleasure ground. THERE IS JUST OVER A WEEK LEFT TO NOMINATE A YOUNG PERSON.
Do you know a young person living in the Braunton area who has gone over and above helping to improve the lives of those in the local community? If you do, why not have a look at this new award that we have created.
In 2020 a valued member of our club passed away and to honour his memory we have created this award to recognise an innovative young person in the area. Peter was keen to support youth projects in our area and around the world.
Being awarded each year in May the awardee will receive a shield and a cash prize to honour their achievement.
Put your thinking caps on .... do you know of a young person who has gone over and above this last year? Have a look at our website for more details and application form.

Gordon and Diana Bess write:
My wife and I were among the very first to receive both of our vaccine jabs, at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital. Being well into our Eighties, we have, over the years, experienced the wonderful care and treatment from the Hospital's dedicated staff. The vaccine procedure was no exception. From entrance to exit, the organisation was first class, showing, again, how fortunate we are, in this area. We should be proud. Thank you, Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital.'😃
