The dreaded nap drop is one of the most difficult things to navigate as a parent!😴

💤Most people go by age but this can be a big mistake as they may be ready according to a chart but... your little one will have their own way to tell you without that!
💤When you think they are about to drop the nap look for these tell tale signs that can tell you when they are ready to drop down a nap.

Back To Work In 2024!
I am so excited to be back!!
We have had some great family time together over the holiday period, but now I am ready to share how to work with me in the new year.

The only problem is, when you are trying to sleep in this heat, it can be unbearable.
Imagine how your little one feels when they can't tell you how they feel trying to settle to sleep.
Here are my top tips to keeping you and your little one cool while we are experiencing this heat wave:
1. Put their pillow or soft toy in the freezer before they go to bed. Put it in a bag a couple of hours before you are putting them to bed, this will mean that it will be cool for them in bed.
2. Keep blinds and curtains shut through the day. This prevents the room from becoming overly warm.
3. Open your loft hatch and any windows you have there to allow the heat to rise.
