Hoping to encourage some sunny spells in the final weeks of summer with a vibrant starter from our a la carte menu…
This dish brings a brilliant balance of sweet and salty, pairing corn and red pepper, alongside miso and chorizo. Accompanying this, are the subtle, slightly sweet flavours of monkfish cheek in a light and crispy panko coating. With a finishing garnish of herb oil.
Pan fried fillet of hake, pickled mooli, spring onion, shiitake mushroom, dashi beurre blanc, cep purée
An a la carte main displaying the best of fusion ingredients. Alongside seasonal hake sourced from John Vallance Seafood, our chefs place sweet pickled Japanese radish and umami shiitake mushrooms. Complimenting this, our sauce takes a twist on the traditional French beurre blanc, through the rich and tangy flavours of Japanese dashi.

Due to ongoing roadworks on Byres Road and surrounding areas of the west end, many of our customers have been impacted by traffic congestion issues, with limited parking in the area at this time.
Please be aware that we practice a 1 hour 45 minute policy across all bookings, inclusive of a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals.
We politely ask that any customers travelling to us by car, taxi or bus please factor additional time into your journey.
Advice for car travellers: We are located only a few minutes walk from Kelvinhall subway station, which offers a park and ride service from Bridge Street, Shields Road & Kelvinbridge.
