This week is test week as we near the end of our Persistence programme! With testing running today and Wednesday, test week allows our members who have taken part in the programme to assess their progress and set new goals for certain movements. 💪🏼

Test week means it’s time to measure progress and push limits as we near the end of our Resurgence programme.
On Monday, Wednesday and Thursday we will be re-testing your seated strict press, 40 EMOM challenge, squats and deadlifts. Take a look at the schedule on Wodboard for more details and book your slot for those testing sessions! 👊🏼

A man with an incredible background of iron men, rowing across the Atlantic and ultra endurance events but never having been part of a gym before with a long break from exercise.
Never short of an interesting conversation, an amazing story and always there to encourage and help other members bring out the best in themselves!
Since joining us he has gained his love for training back, continuously got stronger and so much fitter that he is now back running!
Thank you for brining so much energy and motivation to the gym, always being there to cheer others on to the need of each session and supporting our community especially when new people walk through the door, always the one of the first to say hello with a smile!

It’s FEEL GOOD Friday!
We’re kickstarting our day with two challenging HG3 fitness sessions this morning, followed by an energising Sweat class. 💪🏼
Later, we’ll be indulging in a serene guided meditation session away from the gym as part of our Mental Health March events. 🧘🏼♀️
We’re then running our lunchtime HG3 Fitness class, followed by exclusive open gym hours for our members to utilise. 🏋🏻♂️
All before wrapping up the day with our evening HG3 Fitness and Sweat classes. 👊🏼

We couldn’t think of anyone more deserving and for an award more fitting this Mothers Day, than our original strong mum OG, Kirst.
Chief troop rallyer, loudest cheerleader and much loved friend of anyone that attends HG3. She’s the most likely person in the class to engage with a new face, ensuring that anyone and everyone feels welcome. She’ll also get her organisational head on to help make any extra curricular activities we host a success. 👏🏼

This March we’re hoping to promote kindness and a supportive atmosphere - both of which are fundamental to our community ethos!

🫶🏼 Welcome everyone: A friendly introduction can make all the difference to someone’s experience!
🫶🏼 Offer encouragement: Cheer on others, especially during tough workouts!
🫶🏼 Share knowledge and help: If you see someone struggling with a technique and you know how to help, offer your guidance in a friendly and non-condescending manner.
🫶🏼 Celebrate others’ successes: Celebrate PB’s and achievements of others. Success for one is success for the community!
🫶🏼 Actively listen: Sometimes, all someone needs is a listening ear. Be there for others, whether it’s discussing workouts or sharing life’s ups and downs.
🫶🏼 Stay ‘til the end: Encourage everyone and stay until the last person finishes. It’s a significant morale booster for those who are struggling to finish!
🫶🏼 Mix it up: Consider teaming up with somebody you’ve never partnered with before.
🫶🏼 Leave your ego at the door: Everyone has different strengths and weaknesses. Focus on your own progress and don’t compare yourself to others!
In light of these tips, we will also be hosting a weekly Spirit of the Week award to one of our members who we feel is bringing all of the positive vibes! Each Sunday we will announce a winner and gift the chosen member a HG3 Sweat tee. 🙌🏼
Results don’t happen overnight, but with the right mindset and the right coaches by your side, they are inevitable!

Tuesday - let’s do this! 💪🏼 Today’s Resurgence programme consists of a challenging full-body workout.
Members will engage in dynamic pair exercises, including sandbag cleans, dumbbell snatches, and sit-ups, followed by an exciting team-based workout. Get ready for sled drags, lunges, and renegade rows, promising a challenging but enjoyable session! 🙌🏼
