We have a small number of properties available for holiday rents, from a 3 bedroom cottage to an 8 bedroom lodge set in the highlands of Scotland.

Comprising of 4 properties, all available for rent. Farr House, Garden Cottage, Loch Nest and The School House are ideal for those looking to explore the Highlands.Local attractions include Loch Ness, Cawdor Castles, Cairngorms National Park, Castle Stuart Golf Course and the Speyside Whisky Trail. FARR HOUSE: Recently renovated, Farr House, sleeps up to 16 guests making it the perfect place for a

family gathering. Mixing traditional style with modern requirements, the house boasts 8 en-suite rooms, underfloor heating and superfast broadband. Surrounded by open moorland it is only a 30 minute drive from all the amenities of Inverness (with direct flights to Gatwick), Farr has everything needed to create a magical Scottish holiday. THE GARDEN COTTAGE: The Garden Cottage, is a comfortable and beautifully renovated cottage that is ideal for families and small parties. With underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and two large porches to put muddy wellies and wet coats etc, the property is spacious, warm and welcoming. In total, there are 3 bedrooms in the property; two twin rooms upstairs, with en-suite showers, downstairs there is one double room with en-suite bath and shower. Only 30 minutes drive from Inverness airport with direct flights from Gatwick. LOCH NEST: Loch Nest is a self-contained one bedroom apartment, with, larger than average kitchen/living room and upstairs en-suite bedroom with views out towards the loch and hills through a romantic circular window. Perfect for couples looking to escape the hustle-and-bustle of life. There is potentially the opportunity to open up 2 more double en-suite rooms that form part of Farr; subject to availability. Only 30 minute drive from Inverness airport. THE SCHOOL HOUSE: Situated down the remote winding road of Strathdearn Glen, near Tomatin, The School House is a simple, unassuming property that would suit groups keen to be outside exploring, be it walking, biking or fishing. The House sleeps 6 guests, with 2 twin rooms and a bathroom and 1 double en-suite. The School House is only a 40 minute drive from the ‘Capital of the Highlands’ Inverness. Inverness boasts a small airport with regular flights from London and other national airports, there is also a central train station should guests could choose to the romantic way to travel and take sleeper train from Euston to Aviemore.
