The Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care Show 2024

Last week, the Lockabox® team had the privilege of exhibiting at the Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care Show held at the ExCel Centre in London. Thank you to everyone who visited our stand and shared invaluable industry insights with us. This event marks the second health and social care show we’ve participated in this year, and it has been an incredibly rewarding experience to engage with professionals face to face.

Lockabox® operates on a B2C/B2B e-commerce business model, so attending events like this challenges us to step out of our comfort zone. There’s truly nothing like connecting directly with industry professionals who are not only passionate about our product but also recognise its significance in the field. The feedback and enthusiasm we received were immensely encouraging, reaffirming the importance of our simple but innovative solution in the health and social care industry. There’s always a bit of anxiousness committing to Trade Shows and the uncertainty that comes with them but so far we feel that it’s been a rewarding experience - especially with new products in the pipeline!

Kingsbridge Embraces the Spirit of Christmas! 🧑‍🎄✨👼💛

Our local town experienced a day filled with Christmas cheer, featuring everything from mulled wine and live music to even ice skating! Participating this year felt truly special for us, despite not being the most Christmassy of products. We set up a little stand in the town centre, presenting the Lockabox products to families in person—a rare occurrence for us! ✨

Thanks to the weather gods for blessing us with a beautiful day, complete with continuous sunshine and a refreshing cold start at -3°C! 🥶

Our gratitude extends to everyone who came by to say hello, offered warm wishes, and those who purchased a Lockabox One™for the first time. We feel incredibly thankful for our local community and the unwavering support we continuously receive!

We have kindly offered our space to White Cross Training to host an Emergency First Aid at Work Course on Wednesday 26th of April at Lockabox in Kingsbridge.

Lockabox offices are located in Duke Street Chambers, next to Blake's Pantry, Devon Air Ambulance Shop & opposite the King of Prussia in Kingsbridge Town.

This is a great course even if it's for personal reasons and you just want to keep your skills up to date!

The course is 9.30am to 4.30pm. And of course, you can pop your head in and say hello to the Lockabox Team as well!
